Fees

Quotes fixed after scoping — not after surprises

Audit fees depend on entity count, inventory locations, first-year setup, and how complete your year-end pack is. We publish guidance ranges, then lock a fee in the engagement letter.

Engagement Guidance What moves the fee
Statutory financial audit From NT$180,000 per entity (single location, recurring client) Group consolidations, multiple warehouses, first-year audits, delayed schedules
Internal control review From NT$75,000 for two core cycles Number of processes, sites visited, depth of testing vs walkthrough-only
Agreed-upon procedures Quoted from the procedure list Sample sizes, confirmation volume, travel for observation
Year-end close support From NT$18,000 per day on site or remote Ledger volume, number of entities, urgency before auditor arrival

Estimate factors we ask about

  • Financial year-end date and board or lender deadline
  • Reporting framework and whether comparative figures need restatement
  • Inventory materiality and count locations across Taiwan
  • Related-party volume and intercompany eliminations
  • Prior auditor working paper access for first-year engagements

Deposits

Statutory audits typically require a planning deposit of 30% on signing the engagement letter, with the balance due on draft report delivery. Smaller reviews may be billed in a single installment.
