Origin
The practice grew from year-end engagements for manufacturers and trading groups around Taipei and Taoyuan. Clients asked for the same people to return each season — partners who already knew which warehouses freeze during counts and which banks take ten days to confirm.
How we work
We plan materiality with your draft trial balance in hand, publish a document request list early, and keep a single query tracker so your accountants are not answering the same question twice. Fieldwork is paced to the readiness of schedules, not to an arbitrary headcount on site.
